What is a Transcript of Records?
The transcript of records lists all the courses you have attended during your stay at the University of Regensburg and for which you have completed a course.
In addition to the course title, number of hours and grade, the number of ECTS points is also recorded on the transcript. Your home university will be able to see how much work you have done for each course and the number of credit points with which your academic achievement is recognised.

Shortly after the start of the lecture period, you fill out a so-called transcript form. In this form, you list all the courses you are attending during the current semester.
Send the completed form back to the International Office by e-mail. You will be informed of the deadline for submitting the form during the orientation course before the start of the semester.
Step 2
Keep us informed of any changes to your course selection during the semester. Be sure to let the International Office know before you leave if you have not attended some of the courses listed on your transcript of records! Otherwise we will wait for the missing certificate - and you will be waiting a long time for your transcript of records!
Step 3 ?
At the end of the semester, you will receive so-called "Scheine" (= certificates) with grades and credit points for the courses you have successfully completed. In most cases the certificates are sent directly to the International Office. If you have received the certificate yourself, please hand in a copy of the original certificate to the International Office before you leave.
If the certificate has not yet been issued at the time of your departure, please expressly inform the members of the teaching staff that they should send the certificate to the International Office.
Step 4
The International Office will issue your transcript of records as soon as the results of all the courses are available. The transcript will be sent digitally (by e-mail) to you and your home university. You will also receive a paper version including the course certificates at your home address.
