About the Deutschlandstipendium
The Deutschlandstipendium is a national scholarship programme that was introduced in 2011 and is now firmly established. The programme, which was created by the German government, supports particularly talented, high-achieving students of all nationalities. In addition, the scholarship holders are characterised by their society and social commitment. The willingness of the students to take on civic responsibility as well as special personal and family circumstances are also decisive for the award of a scholarship.
The scholarships amount to 300 euros per month and are usually awarded for one year. Half of this amount is financed by private sponsors (companies, foundations, alumni or other sponsors), while the other half is funded by the federal government.
The aim of the Deutschlandstipendium is to establish a scholarship culture that benefits both sponsors and students.
Our scholarship goes into the next round!
