Informing the public about our research results, international partnerships, university policy decisions and events in the fields of science communication, art and culture is the task of the Communication & Marketing department in the university's Presidential Division.

Lecture series at the University of Regensburg

Looking at a topic from different disciplines - that's what the lecture series is all about. Interested guests from the city and countryside are cordially invited to attend the public events, which usually take place on the same day of the week at the same time every week.

Videos

Moving images give us the opportunity to show further facets of our successes, programmes and information from the areas of research, teaching, art and culture. The offer ranges from interviews with our scientists to information films on degree programmes and recap videos of our most important events.

Podcasts

With "Gasth?rer", the UR produces a science podcast that presents the full range of research topics and disciplines at our comprehensive university. Individual research groups, chairs, student initiatives and scientists produce their own podcasts with individual focal points.

The UR Science Blog provides insights into the various research areas at Universit?t Regensburg, shows the people behind the science and discusses topics with a direct impact on our society and our everyday lives.
