Dr. Daniel Konadl

Dr. Konadl began his B.Sc. studies in Business Informatics at the University of Regensburg in the winter semester 2014/2015. He completed the consecutive M.Sc. program with the specialization module “Business Information Systems” in the summer semester 2019.

During his studies, Dr. Konadl was able to gain valuable practical experience through various activities, both in companies and as part of his employment at a chair at the University of Regensburg:

• Intern at Mühlbauer AG in Roding in the field of business information management
• Intern and working student at Zollner Elektronik AG in Zandt in the management of business software development
• Student assistant (SHK) and subsequently part-time research assistant (nWHK) at the Chair of Business Informatics 3

Since November 2019, Dr. Konadl has been employed as Research Associate at the Chair of Business Informatics 3 at the University of Regensburg. In addition, since May 2023, he has been supporting the Office of the President of the University in the context of the Staff Unit for Digitalization.

He successfully defended his dissertation entitled “Methods and Approaches for the Targeted Design of Interactions with Modern Information and Communication Systems” in June 2025. Since then, Dr. Konadl has been working as Postdoctoral Researcher at the Chair of Business Information Systems 3.
