Since 2019, Prof. Dr. Lea Cassar has been holding the Chair of Empirical Economic Research at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Regensburg.
Research
Her research focuses on organisational, behavioural, experimental and labour economics, with a particular interest in non-financial incentives in the workplace and the non-monetary dimension of work.
