Dr. Aleksandr Alekseev is an assistant professor at the Chair of Empirical Economic Research at the University of Regensburg. His main area of research is behavioural labour economics. He is interested in the interaction between current trends in the labour market and human psychology. He is currently investigating the behavioural effects of automation in the workplace and how it affects worker well-being and inequality.
