Emilia Sch?rghuber initially spent three semesters studying Business Administration and Accounting in the USA. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, she then continued her studies at the University of Regensburg, where she successfully completed her Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on management information systems in 2023.
Immediately afterwards, she began her Master's degree in business administration at the University of Regensburg. Her main areas of study are Industrial Management and Business Analytics and Operations Management.
During her Bachelor's and Master's studies, she worked as a working student in the Business Development department of a management consultancy in Munich, where she was able to gain valuable practical experience.
Emilia Sch?rghuber has been working as a research assistant at the University of Regensburg since October 2025.
