Studying biology for a teaching degree at Bavarian schools is possible for:
- the teaching degree at Primary School / Grundschule (in combination with three "didactics subjects")
- the teaching degree at Mittelschule (in combination with three "didactic subjects")
- the teaching degree at Realschule (in combination with Chemistry, Physics or English)
- teaching degree at Gymnasium (in combination with Chemistry, Physics or English)
All degree programmes start in the winter semester. Application and admission for all teacher training programs is handled by the Registrar (external link, opens in a new window)' s Office of the University of Regensburg (external link, opens in a new window).
If possible, the 3-4 week orientation internship (external link, opens in a new window) should be completed before starting the degree programme.
All degree programmes are modularised and conclude with the First Teaching Qualification Examination (external link, opens in a new window).
