Die Forschung am Lehrstuhl für Immobilienmanagement

Der Lehrstuhl Immobilienmanagement unter Leitung von Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Sch?fers am IRE|BS Institut für Immobilienwirtschaft will seine wissenschaftliche Forschungsarbeit als eine Plattform für theoriegeleitete und anwendungsorientierte Forschung verstanden wissen.
Nur so wird dem Spannungsfeld zwischen Theorie und  Praxis in der Immobilienwirtschaft ausreichend Rechnung getragen.


Forschungsschwerpunkte

Die Forschungsschwerpunkte am Lehrstuhl für Immobilienmanagement sind:

  • Real Estate Asset Pricing (REITs, REOCs, IPOs / SPOs, Kapitalstrukturtheorien)
  • Big Data Analytics in der Immobilienwirtschaft
  • Infrastruktur als Anlageklasse
  • "Leadership" in Real Estate (Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Governance, Diversity, etc.)
  • Text- und Sentiment-Analysen in der Immobilienwirtschaft
