1 fully funded Ph.D. position (4 years) is available at the Institute for Experimental Psychology (Chair of Professor Gesine Dreisbach) at the University of Regensburg, Germany
We are looking for a Ph.D. student for a period of four years (starting spring 2026 or later). The position is paid according to TV-L13 (75%, salary agreement for public service employees).
The candidate will work in a research project funded by Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) entitled “From representation to action: Uncovering how task representations shape voluntary task choice”. The research project is part of a DFG Research Unit entitled “Voluntary task switching:
Cognitive processes and models to account for task choices”. In this context, regular meetings with other project groups and international guests allow for collaborations and advanced training in selective methods. All meetings will be held in English.
