Short biography

After completing his bachelor's degree in business administration at the University of Witten/Herdecke and a semester abroad at Stellenbosch University in South Africa, Benedikt Gloria completed a master's degree in real estate management (M.Sc.RE) with a focus on real estate investment and financing as well as real estate management and development at the International Real Estate Business School (IRE|BS).

In addition to his studies, he gained valuable practical experience especially in project development and asset management.

Since June 2022, he has been working as a research assistant at the Competence Center for Sustainability in the Real Estate Industry under the direction of Prof. Dr. Sven Bienert at the IRE|BS Institute for Real Estate Management at the University of Regensburg.
