Andreas M. Hilger studied Business Administration (Major: International Management, B.Sc.) at the WFI - Ingolstadt School of Management of the Catholic University Eichst?tt-Ingolstadt. After his graduation he continued his studies to obtain a Master's degree in Business Administration (Major: Entrepreneurship & Social Innovation, M.Sc.) at the WFI - Ingolstadt School of Management as well as Universidad CEU San Pablo in Madrid.
Alongside his studies he worked for multinational enterprises like ARAG?SE and BMW Group. In addition to this, he gathered experience in the academic field as graduate assistant and tutor.
Since August 2017 Mr. Hilger has been employed as a teaching and research assistant at the Chair of Business Administration, especially Leadership and Organization (Prof. Dr. Thomas Steger) at the University of Regensburg. He obtained his PhD in 2023 with a dissertation on "The Internationalization of Central and Eastern European Companies: Market Entry Strategies and Human Resource Management".
