Aims, tasks, committees
The Center for Graduate & Postgraduate Researchers (WIN) is a central academic institution of Universit?t Regensburg (UR). Its statutes define three primary goals:
- to advise university leadership on the strategic development of prospects for early career scientists and scholars;
- to support academic departments, graduate schools, research training groups and other units of academic career development in creating optimal conditions for early career scientists and scholars;
- to promote the career prospects, networking and international visibility of early career scientists and scholars at UR.
Our overriding aim is to promote UR as an academic hub for early career scientists.
The center aims to promote existing skills and serves as an intermediary for all issues relating to doctoral and post-doctoral research at UR.
