Continuing education master's program Leadership for Change (part-time)
Successfully dealing with current and future challenges (including Industry 4.0) requires sustainable individual and collective development processes. The aim of this part-time continuing education course is to enable managers from all sectors (business, healthcare, education, etc.) and organizations (companies, hospitals, educational institutions, etc.) to sustainably promote innovation development and performance in the face of a changing society.

SOSNetLab – A Smart Toolkit for Knowledge Brokers to Visualize Social Opportunity Spaces

From 01.02.2022 - 31.01.2025, the Chair of Education II is part of an international project entitled "SOSNetLab - A Smart Toolkit for Knowledge Brokers to Visualize Social Opportunity Spaces". The project, which will run for three years, is funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

The central objective of the SOSNetLab project is to build an innovative Learning Recommender that will enable a better understanding of social network structures, the distribution, and dissemination of information and experiences, and thus contribute to making knowledge resources better and more appropriately available to local communities.

The specific objectives of this project are rooted in a participatory design and will develop, test, and evaluate both off- and online tools. To this end, a mixed-methods approach will be adopted, including de
