The first PhD seminar in chemical crystallography will take place from 23-26 September 2024 in Regensburg. Any doctoral student whose research topic is in the field of chemical crystallography can participate.
The PhD students will be the main protagonists, presenting their research and chairing the individual sessions. The three best presentations and the best chairperson will be elected by all participants and will each receive 100 € for their special achievements.
This is complemented by a Cambrigde Structural Database workshop, a social evening and an adventure city tour in the heart of Regensburg, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. ?
The seminar venue itself is in the centre of this old town, in the university's "Haus der Begegnung" (engl. "House of Encounters").?Participation is free of charge, you only have to cover your own travel and accommodation costs.??

All presentations will be given in English language. Time for the presentation 15 min plus 5 min discussion. Each chairperson hosts up to four presentations per session.
