- Wichtige Informationen: Unsere Arbeitsgruppe m?chte modernste massenspektrometrische Methoden bereitstellen, die auf die projektspezifischen Bedürfnisse der Kollaborationspartner innerhalb und au?erhalb des RCB zugeschnitten sind. Schwerpunkte unseres Interesses sind dabei Methoden der quantitativen Proteomanalyse, Interaktomanalysen (RNA- und Protein Proximity Labeling Workflows), Cross-link (XL)-MS Methoden, die Analyse posttranslationaler Modifikationen sowie die naszente Proteomik.
