Alumni and industry
It is very important to the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Management Information Systems to integrate teaching, research, and practice. There are different initiatives and services that facilitate contact and personal exchange between students, graduates, scientists, and employers.
In this vein, the Faculty has its own Career Service, which organizes the “Karriere-Kontakte” (Career-Contacts) employment fair with a large number of employers directly on campus. The faculty alumni association roots e.V., and other alumni associations at the University of Regensburg enable the establishment of a network of students, professors, and alumni. In addition, there are a multitude of student organizations and other initiatives offering a wide range of services.
Marketing & Career Service (MCS)
The task of the Marketing & Career Service (MCS) is to provide support for students from the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Management Information Systems embarking on their professional career, and to support and facilitate the contact between students and employers.
The Marketing & Career Service offers a wide range of services for our students, and opportunities for employers to contact future graduates while they are still studying. We offer our corporate partners concerted support with recruitment at the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Management Information Systems.
In addition, the Marketing & Career Service supports the faculty with public relations.

The “Karriere-Kontakte” (Career-Contacts) employment fair offers students and employers the opportunity to get into contact directly at the University of Regensburg campus.
